There has been a sharp increase on fly tipping around the estate. We have deposits of cardboard left nearby by all rubbish bins. Furniture has made an appearance. Radian will be looking for fly tippers who could face a fine. If you see someone fly tipping please report immediately to Radian. Every time something is left out we are charged back as a community for it’s disposal. Please help keep our neighbourhood tidy and a pleasant place to live by disposing of your rubbish in a responsible way:
Cardboard: use the bins located around the property – please break them down first we can more into the bins!
